什么是管型端子？
管型端子是一种金属管或套圈，带由尼龙制成的模制颜色编码绝缘套圈。套圈在多股电线的末端，压接后插入螺钉或弹簧夹连接。
管型端子有哪些应用？
当多股电线的末端已剥皮并直接放在螺钉接线端子下方时，电线线束将在螺钉的压力下自然散开。部分线束将变得杂乱。这样会降低电气连接的质量，还可造成电气短路。当使用管型端子时，锥形设计的绝缘漏斗可捕捉所有的线束。接着这些线束将在套圈管中压接在一起。然后压接套圈被插入接线端子中，以形成电气连接。

如何压接管型端子
选择尺寸合适的管型端子，然后为电线末端剥皮。将电线切割成与端子相同的长度，然后将线绞在一起。将管型端子（绝缘套圈在前）套在电线末端上，直到电线与套圈管末端齐平。使用棘轮压接工具，将套圈金属管插入合适的压接截面（按照工具上标注的尺寸）。压下工具手柄直至棘轮释放。推荐使用棘轮压接工具，因为手柄将保持锁定状态直到全压接周期结束，以防止部分压接。经过压接的电线末端现在可以插入连接端子。

This RS PRO insulated crimp bootlace ferrule consists of ametal tube with a plastic insulating collar. It can be crimped over a stranded wire to make a reliable connection with screw or spring clamps. You'll typically find it in consumer units, circuit breakers and anywhere where you need a multi-stranded wire connection.
You can strip a multi-stranded wire and place it directly under a screw terminal without a bootlace ferrule. However, the wire strands will fan out under the pressure of the screw, so some will go astray. This reduces the quality of the electrical connection and often causes short circuits. The insulated funnel – with it's flared design – captures all the strands, allowing for better connections.
The bootlace ferrule is made from copper for excellent conductivity, while the collar is insulated with nylon for reduced leakage, creepage and gas intrusion. There's a colour-coded collar for easy identification.
